"The balance pods are excellent. Very well made and easy to use. I bought them for my rescue French bulldog who had IVDD surgery to correct two damaged discs incurred after her previous owner took her on an agility course I believe. Her physiotherapist recommended their use and I use them in a series of exercises in combination with mats and domes to strengthen her core and help her regain full use of her back right leg which at the moment is still not responding properly with regards to receiving messages from her brain and often goes sideways. She is responding well. I have started using them for my yoga practice, they are excellent for balance although if one has soft feet like me I recommend wearing soft ballet pumps or socks as the points are rather firm."

Most highly recommended piece of instabilty equipment
"If there was one tool I would pick for instability work this would be it. So versatile you can change the foot positioning and vary the instability level by having just heels or whole foot on the Pod. The spikes are great for simulating a rough terrain bare foot experience and can be toned down with folded rubber grip mat or equivalent. These are a huge hit with classes and one to ones. I have them on my lounge room floor and don't want to take them away. Light and transportable and inexpensive for what they do."
